ePuskesmas assistance in Garut has not yet reached completion. At the end of February, the Infokes Business Development team returned to Garut to assist several puskesmas in using the ePuskesmas application.
The mentoring activity lasted for 4 days starting from Tuesday, {21/02/2023) to Saturday, (25/02/2023).
On the first day, the Infokes team covered the Sukahurip Health Center, then the Bojongloa Health Center and the Sukakarya Health Center on the second day. This assistance includes how to use it and an explanation of what features are contained therein.
Then, It was only later on the third day that the Limbangan Health Center and the Cibatu Health Center got their turn. The response from the medical staff during the training was very good. They also feel that ePuskesmas has more detailed features.
ePuskesmas itself is a Health Information System (SIK) owned by Infokes which is able to provide convenience in electronic medical records.
Alief, the officer in charge of providing assistance, expressed his impression. According to him, the assistance that was carried out at each puskesmas had a different response.
But the enthusiasm of the puskesmas staff and the Head of the Puskesmas for the assistance showed that the ePuskesmas application was indeed needed.
“What I see in the field regarding service management for health units, on average, has the same problems. And in my opinion, these health centers have taken the right steps to try to use this ePuskesmas service management application,” said Alief.
In addition, the mentoring agenda was not only carried out in Garut Regency, previously several Puskesmas in Tasikmalaya, the southern region, also received information officers to assist the ePuskesmas application.
Next, Great hope added Alief. The use of the ePuskesmas application can be implemented immediately. So that the puskesmas can provide even better services for the community.
