PT Infokes Indonesia through the Business Development team, in order to fulfill the public health service management development agenda. Visited several public health units in West Java including clinics and health centers.
This activity was held at the end of February 2023, namely on February 23th and 27th.
In addition, Infokes as a provider of service management software, departs from the ePuskesmas system which has now been widely applied. Now intensively inviting public health units toaware for digitization in the health sector through the ePuskesmas, eClinic, and eAntrean applications.
Also, on the agenda in the last week of February, several regions with their respective agendas were visited by the Infokes team.
Next, The agenda that ran on 23 February 2023 included socialization of the ePuskesmas application at the Purbalingga District Health Office which was attended by representatives of 22 puskesmas. Furthermore, the Banjar District Health Office also participated in ePuskesmas outreach.
Afterward, The e-queue system that is applied with KIOSK machine platforms is now increasingly being used. At the Suka Lingkar Health Center, Bekasi Regency, a KIOSK machine has been put into use. Only on February 23, 2023, the Infokes team visited there to provide eAntrean assistance.
Infokes product assistance does not stop there.
All in all, On February 27 2023, representing another Infokes Business Development team, four officers who were divided into two teams covered two areas in West Java including Pangandaran and Bandung.
Then, The agenda carried out in Pangandaran is ePuskesmas assistance for the Cimerak Health Center. As for the agenda in Badung, the eClinic application assistance was carried out for the Amelia Primary Clinic.
“February is a productive month, but it pays off with what you will get. We hope that with the agenda that we did yesterday, the public health unit and its services can get better,” said Alief, Infokes Business Development Team.
