In order to fulfill the product development agenda Infokes Business Development Team sent representatives to several regions in Indonesia, to be precise to three Health Offices in different areas including the Majalengka District Health Office, North Sumatra Provincial Health Office, and SIntang District Health Office. The agenda runs for two days from Tuesday (4/04/2023) to last Thursday (6/04/2022).
The meeting with the Health Service was intended to discuss plans as well as evaluate the public service system for health units in each region.
Like in the Majalengka District Health Office, they met with the Secretary of Health Office and the Head of Health Office. As a result of this discussion, the Majalengka District Health Office wants an evaluation in the month of Shawwal to discuss in more detail the benefits of eDinkes and its uses.
This happened because the eDinkes has management reports that have not been used by the Majalengka District Health Office. The Health Office was interested in the dynamic report module and asked for a dynamic report so that it could be scheduled for training so that it could soon be trialled at puskesmas in Majalengka Regency.
In addition, a meeting with the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office was on the agenda to discuss health profiles. Faced with 33 Health Information System PICs from each City/District Health Office, Infokes representatives presented Infokes’ benecial system namely ePuskesmas. The meeting was welcomed and resulted in many positive responses which resulted in the joining of the Health Offices there to immediately use the ePuskesmas according to their individual needs.
ePuskesmas itself is a health center patient service application system that has a cloud computing System. So that ePuskesmas can be accessed on various devices with internet access.
The same thing happened at a meeting with the Sintang District Health Office. Meeting with the Information Program Head, the Infokes Representative explained the ePuskesmas system and continued the discussion. The Sintang District Health Office is interested and will soon use this ePuskesmas. Also waiting for the next agenda to realize the system.
Infokes, from the beginning of 2023 routinely visited several areas outside Java with the aim of developing the quality of service in public health units. Apart from the ePuskesmas application, Infokes also has other beneficial applications that can contribute to the scope of health services.
One of the Infokes representatives, Andri. Expressing his impression, according to him, now more and more Public Health Units have startedaware regarding this IC. Of course, Infokes will become a partner to assist these parties in implementing effective public health services.
Andri hopes that the Infokes systems can be immediately implemented and applied so that digital-based public health services in Indonesia can be more advanced.
