Held at the World Trade Center in Surabaya City, met with dozens of clinic representatives who are members of ASKLIN Surabaya, the agenda included raising awareness about current conditions where previously the government had required clinics to support and organize electronic medical records by being registered on the SATUSEHAT platform so that enabling medical records to be accessed from one health facility to another (PERMENKES NO. 24 TAHUN 2022).
The eClinic application is a web and mobile-based Clinical Management Information System. Used for monitoring and assisting service activities and clinical management as a Public Health Unit. This training was attended by 2 clinic representatives from 14 ASKLIN member clinics in Surabaya who are committed to using eClinic. However, several procedures must be carried out before the eClinic can be implemented immediately by the Surabaya clinics. Implementation of the use of eClinic will be carried out in stages considering that there is still a transition from manual to eRM.
At the end of the activity, Arif Nurram and representatives from infokes impressed that this activity paved the way for clinics in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya, to immediately transition to digital-based health services. According to him, there are many conveniences that will be obtained when the public health unit is aware of this.
“The response from the socialization participants was very enthusiastic, especially when it came to eClinic features. The next step is to bring awareness again about this potential application to them. We hope that the clinic can immediately implement the eClinic application,” concluded Arif.
eClinic is an offering from Infokes, present as a medium that can help Public Health Units in facilitating health services. After going through several changes, now finally eClinic has arrived at a new generation (New Generation) with lots of the latest features and updates that make it easier user usage.
