In the middle of May 2023, Infokes still intense in improving the quality of health services in the community. Two Business Development teams departed for different areas, namely Garut, West Java and Buton, Southeast Sulawesi, on Thursday (11/03/2023) to fulfill agendas related to the Infokes application which is being implemented by public health units, namely ePuskesmas and eFarmasi.
In the West Java region, Infokes representatives visited the Garut District Health Office to discuss and evaluate the use of the eFarmasi application.
eFarmasi is an application for pharmaceutical warehouse management that helps to facilitate all administrative matters, starting from taking care of stock taking and then making LPLPO automatically, making report charts and recapitulations, to special features for receiving drug orders directly. Direct drug orders can be made through integrated applications such as ePuskesmas.
As with ePuskesmas, ePharmasi also has an integrated system and has a systemcloud computing which makes this application accessible on various devices with only the internet.
Meanwhile, in Buton District, the Infokes Representative met with the Health Office and 10 Buton District Health Center representatives in the context of training on using the ePuskesmas application. Even though the head of the puskesmas was unable to attend, representatives from the Health Office and the puskesmas staff were very enthusiastic about conducting data input training using the ePuskesmas application.
The Garut District Health Office feels implementation eFarmasi help health facilities to achieve more excellent service. The decision to extend the contract is now in good and fruitful territory. As for the results of this evaluation, the Health Office wants all Community Health Centers to have implemented drug management at the ePuskesmas along with ordering drugs from the IFK. This will start as soon as possible this June.
The agenda in each region ran smoothly, the discussion reached a point that both put benefits. Of course Infokes will continue to assist and serve the Health Office and the public health units in both Garut and Buton Regencies, to continue to maximize the use of existing applications.
