Infokes still intensely carry out activities in order to improve the quality of health services in the community. This was demonstrated by the departure of the Infokes Business Development team to several regions to fulfill the application training agenda ePuskesmas with related parties. This activity has been completed since Monday (26/06/2023) yesterday.
The training was carried out as a form of public health unit awareness of not achieving excellent service so that they are committed to continuing to improve the quality of community services by using the ePuskesmas application.
Sending two teams, Infokes visited three areas including Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Regency, and Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.
Infokes in Central Bangka Regency
On the agenda in Central Bangka Regency, the District Health Office. Central Bangka along with 2 representatives from 9 puskesmas took part in a series of training activities on using the ePuskesmas and eDinkes applications. Parties from the Central Bangka Regency BPJS were also present at the activity.
This service management application with a digital and integrated basis is able to attract the attention of the Central Bangka District Health Office. Where ePuskesmas which is connected to the eDinkes application is able to contain health data information that can be channeled properly in one area. So that the course of the training took place with enthusiasm.
Infokes in Bangka Regency
Furthermore, the activity continued the next day, namely in Bangka Regency. In that area, the Infokes Team conducted an evaluation and training on the online queuing feature in the ePuskesmas application with puskesmas in Bangka Regency.
ePuskesmas itself is a health information system (SIK) that is able to provide convenience in electronic medical records demanded by the government through Permenkes No. 24 of 2022. In addition, it has been integrated with other applications such as PCare BPJS and SATUSEHAT.
The training also includes an explanation of how to use it and what features are contained in the ePuskesmas application. The response from the medical staff during the training was very good and very helpful for the ePuskesmas application. They also feel that ePuskesmas has more detailed features.
Infokes at Jagakarsa, South Jakarta
On the agenda at Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, two representatives from Infokes left for the Jagakarsa Health Center, South Jakarta to fulfill training activities on using the ePuskesmas application and integration of the Ketuk Pintu Layani Dengan Hati (KPLDH) service.
In practice, several puskesmas received direct training. The implementation of the ePuskesmas application is carried out when patients carry out their health activities at the puskesmas. This is done so that users of the ePuskesmas application from the Puskesmas can use it more effectively.
The ePuskesmas application in each of these regions received a good response. The Health Office welcomes Infokes with open arms to immediately cooperate. both the Health Office and the Puskesmas were enthusiastic and active in discussions in this activity. This shows that ePuskesmas has started to be recognized and is starting to be looked at as a good option in the implementation of digital services.
