Infokes, in the mission of developing the effectiveness and quality of health services for the community, visited the clinic in the city of Bandung for training and assistance with the eAntrian application on Monday (13/02/2023). Healthy Life Clinic which is located on Jl. Caringin Babakan Ciparay Bandung City is one of the clinics that was visited by the health information officer after previously having communication about using the eAntrian application.
eAntrian is a queue management that can help public health units such as hospitals, clinics, health centers, and others, in order to facilitate patient registration activities when seeking treatment. In practice, eQuantions will be printed on infokes product pavilions called KIOSK and Mini KIOSK.
eAntrian can help minimize patient queues at the registration counter, visiting patients can register directly with the polyclinic directly by using the eAntrian application with Kiosk media by simply scanning the patient’s insurance card or medical card.
With this machine, both health workers and patients can easily access eAntrian and carry out medication registration activities quickly.
Apart from that, in other places, eAntrian with its pavilion machines has started to be widely used.
Along with the collaboration that exists between Infokes and the Healthy Life Clinic, this eAntrian will be a good medium for improving health services for the community.
Furthermore, Ramdhan as the health information officer who provided the assistance expressed his impression of the enthusiasm of the Healthy Life Clinic. According to him, the clinic is always open and interested in using the application.
