In order to fulfill the product development agenda Infokes. The Infokes Indonesia Business Development Team sent representatives to Kendal Regency on Wednesday (31/05/2023). Meeting with the Indonesian Clinical Association (ASKLIN) Kendal Regency in the Halal Bihalal Moment ASKLIN Kendal District Branch, Infokes representative Arif Nurramdan also had the opportunity to provide socialization regarding eClinic.
The socialization agenda was carried out as a procedure before finally the public health unit agreed to use the eClinic application intensely and periodically. Parties from ASKLIN welcomed the arrival of Infokes and have expressed interest in the eClinic application.
The socialization was held at Hotel Sae Inn Jl. Raya Soekarno-Hatta No. 338, Kendal District. The agenda included raising awareness regarding current conditions where previously the government had required clinics to support and organize electronic medical records by being registered on the SATUSEHAT platform so as to allow medical records to be accessed from one health facility to another (PERMENKES NO. 24 TAHUN 2022).
Basically, eClinic is a web and mobile-based Clinical Management Information System. Used for monitoring and assisting service activities and clinical management as a Public Health Unit. Starting from registration, poly services, prescribing, and payment transactions. eClinic is already integrated with BPJS Kesehatan and SATUSEHAT.
The activity was attended by dozens to dozens of clinic representatives from Kendal Regency. The socialization agenda ran smoothly and was accompanied by questions and answers and discussions. However, several procedures must be carried out before the eClinic can be immediately implemented by clinics in Kendal. Implementation of using eClinic will be carried out in stages considering there is still a transition from manual to eRM.
At the end of the activity, Arif Nurram and representatives from infokes were impressed that this activity paved the way for clinics in Indonesia, especially in Kendal, to immediately transition to digital-based health services.
“Many conveniences will be obtained when the public health unit is aware of digitization. Bearing in mind, there is a Ministry of Health regulation No 24 which requires health facilities to optimize their RME system. In my opinion, eClinic is the right choice,” said Arif Nurramdan.
