The City of Cilegon, which is in Banten Province, was recently visited by Infokes in an evaluation agenda for the use of ePuskesmas. Infokes was also on a visit on November 1 2022, was greeted directly by the Cilegon Regency health office.
The Banten region itself has a variety of Infokes service users, especially the ePuskesmas service which is felt to be able to support the services of health centers in the Province.
Because the Cilegon Health Office feels that the implementation of ePuskesmas helps health facilities to achieve more excellent service. So during the evaluation process, the Cilegon Health Office had already stated its readiness next year (2023) to extend the Joint Infokes contract.
When carrying out the evaluation, the Health Office and also all heads of puskesmas in the city of Cilegon were present, they had many discussions with representatives from Infokes. Until the end of this activity was running smoothly.
Infokes hopes that, by the end of 2022, there will be more areas that emphasize digital transformation, such as Cilegon City, so that health facility services can be improved and comply with ministry regulatory standards.
Later there will be no more obstacles related to difficulties in collecting medical record data so that the flow of health data can be made into a single door for data all the way to the province. Of course, this will make it very easy to carry out preventive promotive actions in handling health problems using the data presented.
