Infokes Fulfills Agenda in Kab. Bangka and North Sumatra

Infokes in order to develop the quality of service in the public health unit, fly to Bangka Regency and two Regencies in North Sumatra. Sending two representatives who started duty on Monday, (13/03/2023) and ended on Thursday, (16/03/2023)

The Health Information System is indeed obliged to participate in health services from health facilities to the community, especially after the issuance of the Regulation of the Minister of Health (Permenkes) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records.

Therefore, since the beginning of 2023, representatives from Infokes have been intensively providing assistance, training, and outreach regarding Infokes’ health information system.

 

On the agenda in Bangka Regency, Information and Health officers fulfilled the visit by conducting dynamic report evaluations and application evaluations ePuskesmas. Considering that Bangka Regency is one of the areas that has long collaborated with Infokes in using the ePuskesmas application. Not only that, the Bangka Regency Health Office also conducted an evaluation as well as receiving application socialization eClinic for public health units in Bangka Regency.

Furthermore, two districts in North Sumatra, namely Dairi Regency and Karo Regency, received Infokes officers in order to fulfill the ePuskesmas training agenda. In this activity, the Karo District Health Office and BPJS participated in the ePuskesmas training and appreciated Infokes’ application because in practice, ePuskesmas has helped achieve the targets of puskesmas in Karo District.

Then, the results of the evaluation made Infokes always enthusiastic about developing existing products. Even always available 24/7 to serve every user.

“The evaluation results obtained during the agenda in Karo Regency show that the ePuskesmas system or application has a big role in the development of health services. And this is news and fresh air for us. Infokes will always be ready to serve its users so that the quality of health services for the community is increasingly felt.” the benefits,” concluded Andri Maulana, Infokes officer.

Finally, Andri hopes that the use of the Infokes application, be it ePuskesmas or eClinic, can be utilized optimally by health units.
