Infokes representatives were also at the Batu Bara Health Office on November 7 2022 to hold a meeting with the head of the health service, the service secretary, and the head of the planning sub-section to discuss the implementation of the ePuskesmas at Batu Bara.
Batu Bara Regency is one of the regencies in the province of North Sumatra. It is a relatively young regency because it was only inaugurated on June 15 2007, and is the result of division from Asahan Regency and has a capital city in the Fifty sub-district.
Even though this district is relatively young, in terms of technology they don’t want to be left behind, especially in the health sector where the Batu Bara Health Office decided to use the ePuskesmas digital health information system. ePuskesmas is present in Kab. Batu Bara to help carry out transformation in service management and digital medical record recording. So as to create an increase in the level of health services.

At the meeting, representatives from Infokes and the Health Service discussed what preparations were needed, such as equipment and the availability of the internet network at the puskesmas. This is needed in using the ePuskesmas application, and in a review by the Infokes team, Kab. Batu Bara is ready to use ePuskesmas.
Previously, the Batu Bara Health Office was hesitant to use the ePuskesmas application because of its readiness. But with the presence of an Infokes representative to provide direct direction, these doubts disappeared and turned into full support for the implementation of the ePuskesmas application.
The use of ePuskesmas is able to provide support in this regard because it already has features dashboard capable of displaying health data in an efficient manner real time and able to map users.
