One of Infokes’ mainstay applications which is engaged in clinical management, namely eClinic NG, received attention this December. This was marked by field visits to several clinics to hospitals that were interested in adopting the eClinic system.
The eClinic application itself functions for the management and administration of patients who come to based clinics Cloud Computing. This application can help from registration to patient discharge, plus features for operational reports that can be tailored to each clinical need.
Starting from Parung Hospital, Kab. Bogor, which at the time of this writing was under construction. The RSUD is interested in adopting the eClinic application for the hospital later. So that Infokes was invited to visit on December 8 2022 and carry out direct discussions with representatives of the RSUD.
The visit activity was also a needs analysis activity for the Parung Bersama Hospital, the district health office. Bogor. In the discussion process, the health office was interested in implementing eClinic and requested that an offer letter be made immediately. So that when the RSUD is completed the eClinic implementation can run immediately.
Then there was also a visit to the Seno Medika clinic on December 9, which is one of the leading clinics in Bandung on the evaluation agenda. Evaluation at the Seno Medika clinic includes the use and flow of data input. This activity ran smoothly, because several cases of problems and questions had been resolved and were able to be simulated directly with the clinic staff.

Then there was a visit to the Az-Zahra clinic on December 13 in Tangerang City, Banten. The visit was for the agenda of verifying guidance and supervision of permits and registration of FKTP at selected clinics throughout the city of Tangerang.
Az-Zahra’s primary clinic was selected for this program, and is one of eClinic’s loyal users. So that assistance from Infokes was carried out. This activity was attended by representatives of the ministry of health, Banten provincial health office and Tangerang city health office.
The response from those present was very good for eClinic, they saw the use of the application from registration to the cashier to the queuing feature. Some of the problems that have been experienced so far have been able to be answered by using the eClinic application. This resulted in a positive response for us.
