Infokes Promotes Dynamic Reports in Sukabumi

The area which is between the cities of Bogor and Cianjur, with an area of around 48 square kilometers, has been digitally transformed by using the ePuskesmas application by Infokes since mid-2022. In December, the Sukabumi area carried out an evaluation of the use of ePuskesmas and conducted training on one of the features that ePuskesmas has, namely Dynamic Reports.

Since undergoing training in August 2022, the city of Sukabumi has used the ePuskesmas independently and finally in December 2022, on the 5th and 6th to be precise, to evaluate the results of data input and maximize the use of the ePuskesmas.

“The Dynamic Report itself is an excellent feature in the ePuskesmas application which is integrated with the eDinkes application so that reports can be generated and displayed from the puskesmas directly to the office”

Sukabumi itself uses ePuskesmas because it wants to become an independent city, which prioritizes technology and has been transformed into onesmart city. This is proven by the existence of a system dashboard city and web integrated to contain all city information.

The ePuskesmas application will be more optimal if it is able to take advantage of all of its features. One feature that has not been fully utilized in Sukabumi is the Dynamic Report feature. Therefore our team also provided training on the use of Dynamic Reports which was attended by representatives of the puskesmas and the Health Service.

The Dynamic Report itself is an excellent feature in the ePuskesmas application which is integrated with the eDinkes application so that reports can be generated and displayed from the puskesmas directly to the office. This eliminates the need to print and send documents, making it paperless. The reports themselves can of course be customized according to user needs.

“The ePuskesmas application will be more optimal if it is able to take advantage of all of its features”

This training and evaluation ran interactively, and all field representatives who attended enthusiastically took part in the training activities for making dynamic reports. The Health Office was also very interested in dynamic reports and asked Infokes to be able to help and oversee the implementation process.
